Mercury Cougar 1969 Description
I am selling my 1969 Cougar BOSS 302. This car has no motor or transmission. Will need a full restoration but the body is in good shape. Original Color was Bright Blue Metallic. Will need rust repair in trunk area and lower quarters. will need a new hood and trunk lid. Floors are good, Torque Boxes and shock towers are good. Buy a donor car and use it for parts. Original 69 only rear spoiler is there but broken on one side. Can be fixed. Still has the 8K tach in the dash. Car is pretty straight and doesn't appear to been in any wrecks. Only 169 BOSS 302 Cougars were built in 1969 so this car is really rare. I bought this car to restore but have found another car to purchase. Come with good Indiana title, Marti Report, Eminger Invoice and new Door VIN plate. NO RESERVE AUCTION so don't miss out. What you see in the pictures is what you get. No extra parts available. Call Jeff at 317-694-3496 with questions. Thanks! On Aug-25-16 at 13:46:22 PDT, seller added the following information:

Upon further inspection it appears the floors will need some work. A couple of small rust holes but not in bad shape. I would plan on doing s ome patch work to them...just FYI.
Another update.... I had someone come look at the car today and we discovered that the car has a 6K tach instead of the correct 8K tach like it should. The previous owner that i bought it from had pictures of a 8K tach in his photos and i took his word that it was in this car...IT WASN'T....It must of been from another car... i feel duped to say the least but wanted to convey it to everyone watching or bidding on this car. Better news.... we confirmed the CORRECT VIN stamp under the front fender lips. I had a few people asking for that so wanted to confirm.
