This is an AMAZING RARE ORIGINAL Merc Comet Wagon. This original cruiser is a SUPER RARE numbers matching factory V8 power steering car!! It looks runs and drives amazing! Incredibly well preserved with Original paint and trim!! I have original paperwork and plates to go with it!! It runs and drives like new!! Super smooth and powerful!! Lovingly maintained and in amazing condition all around. Looks awesome with natural patina. Cool vintage wagon would be awesome weekend cruiser, aily driver, r addition to any collection...
The body is super straight with natural patina... the underside and chassis are solid. Paint presents amazingly well!! Super glossy with some blemishes and patina... minor surface rust in a few spots but no rot. It is a a period street car not a trailer queen. It has a cool stance... doors close tight and windows work nice... Get's tons of looks and compliments everywhere we roll.
The interior is excellent as well... seats, anels, arpet, nd headliner all look great... I assume seats have been redone. nice after market stereo and I have the original radio as well. Beautiful red interior.
Numbers matching 260 V8 motor starts idles and runs fantastic... great power and sounds cool through dual exhaust... trans shifts smooth and strong through the gears. Gear ratios are great around town and cruises really nice on the freeway as well. Great ride and redone brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, owerful, nd reliable... ready to roll.... definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is a really cool Classic wagon in fantastic condition all around. Awesome Show Car, eekend Cruiser, aily driver, r whatever you like. Great for any enthusiast, ollector, r anyone looking for a cool and unique Vintage Classic at a great price.
