Mercury Cougar 1969 Description

Here is one Nice cougar it is a 351 2 bbl H code has plenty of power and gets decent mileage could be a parade car top half of engine was rebuilt by previous owner years ago only a little over 117k on car. Previous owner restored and owned car for over 25 years was garage kept all that time. He told me he replaced the floor pans which I looked under and are done. top is fairly new and its power works great! zip down rear plastic window nice for highway driving. Car is not a totally perfect show car but nice cruiser or cruise night car gets thumbs ups and comments everywhere it goes. Things wrong with it is the front bumper is dented back and the passenger side bumper bracket is not connected the bolts sheered off will need to drill them out and re attach, just added a new picture I had the bumper bolts drilled out and reattached and by doing that the bumper does not connect because its bent. I have a pair of inner brackets that are straight that will come with the car. there is some denting and touch ups front ledge of hood and passenger fender toward front and bottom is dented in some and touched up also light wavy dent above fender wheel you should be able to see this in photos. other fine scratches touched up small chips and an area of bubbling paint not rust though just lifting. has power brakes power steering power top works great. also should mention couple chips in windshield but lower and kinda out of view, ear sequentials work but the vacuum for the headlights have a leak and is disconnected from engine i have some wedges too keep them down and i just flip them down and open them by hand. any questions let me know. sold as is.
