Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight 1983 Description

For sale is a low mileage 1983 Delta 88 that I bought from the family who bought it new. 58000 miles on the car, original from what Im told. There is no rot on this car. The paint is faded in spots and has some typical clear coat issues but it looks kinda cool the way it is. The factory original 307 with a 4 barrel runs very good and the original overdrive transmission shifts as it should. It leaves no marks underneath when its parked. It has like new tires on it on american racing aluminum wheels. I just had a complete new dual exhaust system put on the car and it sounds good. I have also gone through the cooling system, replacing the water pump, thermostat and radiator hoses. I also replaced the brake rotors, pads, and bearings on the front and the shoes, hardware and brake cylinders on the rear. The a/c needs to be recharged but needs nothing else mechanical that Im aware of. The interior is almost perfect on the car and has some rare and unusual options. It has tilt wheel and dual remote mirrors but it also has factory gauges and a factory am/fm stereo CB radio that works! Also unusual in the fact that this car does NOT have power windows and locks and has a factory rear sway bar. I have an early 1970s 350 rocket motor with a 2 bbl intake that I am including with the car for the guy who wants more power. That being said, I am asking $4500 for the car with the motor. I may consider partial trades, throw it out there and we'll see. Worst I can say is not interested. Please note. If you place a bid/make an offer and I accept, you WILL own a car. This is a contract, not a game. Car is sold as is and has NO guarantee or warranty so please ask your questions BEFORE you make an offer. I am upfront and honest, I expect the same from the buyer.
