Born: April 20th 1965 Plymouth Belvedere II Original special order race car. original 383 4 speed car! I am told it is one of approximately 413 4 speed 4 barrel 383 Belvedere II in this configuration. This beauty was special ordered in April 1965 for drag racing. It spent a few years racing with the original 383 and 4 speed transmission. Then it was converted to a max wedge duel 4 barrel setup. It was raced a few more years then sold. It was restored and the max wedge replaced with a 440 6 barrel set up with 1969 heads a 1973 block and new internals as well as a 1969 727 auto trans with a 2500 stall convertor. It is set up with electric protronix distributor for the original look with superstock wires. The car was changed from blue to white and the interior was completely re finished by a custom upholstery shop in the original design. The shifter is from a 1969 mustang with a leather boot over it to simulate a 4 speed. The main dash instrument panel was custom made and custom painted and fitted with custom gauges. The brake pedal is the original small on as it had a clutch next to it. There is much more but this is the best description I can give right now. I have all the receipts documenting over 20K in custom work. I must sell "snoopy" because I had back surgery. It does have the original fender tag. Resto Mod Recently professionally built 440 six barrel. ceramic headers with removable cut out caps for drag racing with open headers. Correct 3 two barrel carbs. New Protonix II distributor. 727 TF. 2500 stall converter. Customed tuned by one of the best professional tuners located here in Georgia. Booted mustang 3 speed automatic floor shifter.
