Plymouth Road Runner 1968 Description

This real1968 Plymouth Hemi Road Runner was an ultimate barn find. Car was found tucked away in a barnpartialy restored a few miles from my home. When car was discovered it was purchased from same family who has owned car since 1971. Owner had sadly passed away during his 40 year restoration of this rare Hemi Road Runner. Car was just a shell with Red white and blue paint with 100's of NOS parts piled inside. Afterpurchasing this Road Runner I had found out that car was purchased from Joe Grogan Plymouth Dodge in 1968 and raced at Detroit Speed way in super stock class. Car was sold in 1970 and parked in a barnwhere I found it as a project car. I have spent over year putting this car back together with no expense spared.Car has had a nut and boltrotisserie restoration inside and out. I will also include all the photos I found inside the car from original owner before I restored it.1970 426 date coded Dean Nicopolis 850 hp Hemi.Car is located hour from Detroit if someone wants to inspect. Will consider trade of new Hellcat plus some cash.
