Plymouth Road Runner 1978 Description

Up for auction is a 1978 Plymouth Volare Roadrunner. It is a t-top car and runs and drivesvery well. It drives straight down the road and handles and stops excellent. It hasa 318 V8 withdual exhaust,Holley four barrel carb and Edlebrock headers. It has a great sound. It has body filler in the quarters and other places as well. Frame has a weak spot under the driver's floor in the common area for these cars and needs repair. Floors are solid except the rear floor on the driver's side has pinholes. Passenger door inner bottom has a previous rust repair. The car has a low budget enamel paint job. It looks great from twenty feet, but up close there are imperfections. It is missing the rear filler panel between the quarter panel and the bumper. The interior isin excellent condition withno splits and no cracks. All gauges work as they should. The t-tops are in good condition, come on and off easily and do not leak. This car is not a show car,but a fun drivingproject car with a lot of potential. It's a greatstarting point for a very nice car.
