Plymouth Valiant 1965 Description
1965 Plymouth Valiant V100 PROJECT CAR that will need work/restoration. This is a rust free California car that is painted flat black. It was originally medium blue metallic. It appears it was an inexpensive paint job and is in fair/good condition. It has a six cylinder motor. I do not believe it is the original motor. It was originally a three speed manual column shift car. The original transmission was replaced with an automatic with a floor shifter. This work was done before I purchased the car. The engine runs, but the car will need work on the shifter, brakes, exhaust, steering column, electrical, etc. It has a 7 1/4" rear end. It shows approx. 65,500 miles on the odometer. I do not know if this is the actual mileage. The original Valiant grille and front valence have been replaced with a 1965 Barracuda front grille and valence. The electrical for the lights will need attention/work. The right front fender has some bondo repair in the front top and the left fender has some bondo repair on the side in front of the door. I have an NOS fender for one side and a rust free fender for the other side to replace the ones on the car. The windshield has fogging at the bottom/edges. The interior is in poor condition and will need work. The dash has been painted and the door panels have speaker holes in them. The headliner is in good condition. The original front seat is gone. I have a pair of cloth bucket seats and a rear seat set from a 2015 Dodge Challenger. These were take offs and are in like new condition. The front buckets will need to be mounted in the car and have seat belt work done. The original rear seat is still present. It or the rear Challenger seat will need to be modified to fit/match the front bucket seats. The car has 14" Motor Wheel Spyder wheels with 4 1/2" bolt pattern. The car still has the small 4" bolt pattern and the wheels are mounted on the car with adapters. The tires are new Hankook 205/70/14. The original jack and a 14" spare tire are in the trunk. I have many extra parts for the car including; new dual master cylinder, wood grain steering wheel, steering column, automatic brake pedal, original hub caps, etc. that are included. There are thousands of dollars in wheels, tires and parts alone. I also have some 1964/1965 Barracuda/Valiant dress up parts that will be made available separate to the purchaser for an additional fee. This is a neat car with a lot of potential. Great for a V-8 conversion. Sold as is, where is. Local pick up only. Car will need to be picked up with a car transport. All transport to be arranged and paid by buyer. All shipping arrangements and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Payment in full with cashier check, needs to be paid and cleared before pick up, or cash at pick up within 10 days. Payment/pick up needs to be completed within 10 days. $200.00 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours.eBay Turbo Lister
