Plymouth Barracuda 1970 Description

Up for sale is a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda BH car for sale. This was originally a 318 motor car and has been converted to a 440. It does have a 4 speed A833 Transmission as well. This car needs assembly but is a rust free and an original CA car. Just about all the parts are available for this Cuda and come with the car. The 440 motor and transmission are out of the car and come with the sale.
Here is a list of work that was performed:
*Interior has been stripped and a full multi stage LizardSkin Heat and Sound coating applied inside and underneath the car. This is for heat control and to avoid the classic car rattles. This WAS NOT done to cover up rust. We actually have video and pictures to prove the car wasn't rusted before this multi stage coating was applied and will furnish upon request.
*The original 8.75 Chrysler Rear end has been re-built up and upgraded with new Motive 3:55 gears and a new Eaton TrueTrac Limited Slip (Posi). This was $1,300 alone.
*New Gas Tank, Sending Unit, filler neck and all new Stainless Steel Fuel Lines.
*New QA1 Adjustable Shocks
*New Hotchkis Leaf Springs installed with new u-bolt hardware and shock plates.
*New Hotchkis Sub Frame Connectors installed and professionally welded.*SSBC Front Disc Brake Conversion with brake booster and proportioning valve
*Rear Quarters & Trunk Pan Are New*Too much more to list.
Here is a list of work that is still needed:
*Paint condition would be rated as a 5 out of a 10. It is entirely up to you if you would want to paint this car or drive it as is for now.
*Interior needs to be assembled with the parts available. Have all the panels, etc. Seat Vinyl needs to be restored.
*Motor and Trans would need to be installed. The car is currently setup for the 4 speed and the 440 so it's just a matter of rebuilding the motor with trans and dropping her in.
. Some of the images shown are slightly older and the car has had some changes since it was on its way to being restored. For example, the exterior moldings have been removed in addition to the trim around the windshield. The headlights, taillights, side markers have been removed as well. The engine and trans are out of the car. The interior needs to be put together. Please ask any questions you may have.
This is definitely a fantastic candidate for a powerful resto mod capable of handling 550+ hp. If you have some basic skills to put this bad boy back together, you will save a lot off the price of buying a complete one since 1970 440 Cuda's fetch north of 50k. THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE CAR.
I started this project with plenty of time on my hands but don't have the same time to work on it anymore. Let me know what questions you have.
Thank you for viewing this listing!
