Plymouth Fury 1967 Description

CONTACT JEFF AT 570 977 0741. Up for sale and your consideration is a very nice 1967 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible that is in turn key drive home condition and can be enjoyed immediately on the day of purchase. This Plymouth has the right color combination, nd is reasonably priced so it's affordable to a working class car person. Please take the time to look over all 24 photos that I have listed here. If you are looking for a 100 point show car that spent it's whole life in Arizona, his isn't it. This car presents very well and will give the new owner years of driving pleasure. Again it is in turn key drive and enjoy immediately condition. The car has just passed a Pennsylvania inspection and has a current PA inspection sticker good until 06-2016. The car has also just been completely serviced and tuned with new spark plugs, ew points and new condenser. Ignition timing is set. Fresh oil and oil filter change, ransmission fluid and filter change, adiator flush and fill with fresh antifreeze and a brand new (not rebuilt) water pump. Chassis has just been greased at all grease fittings. All fluids topped off including checking brake fluid and checking rear differential fluid. For you Mopar guys included in the photos is a picture of the original vin tag, riginal fender data plate tag and a photo of an original 1967 Plymouth brochure of the same car that will be included with the car.BODY:This car appears to have had a repaint some time ago, s close inspection reveals some age and imperfections. Paint is clean and shiny and freshly waxed and polished. Finish is what some would consider a "10 footer". Since it is a northeast car there is evidence of some rust repairs having been addressed, ncluding some use of bondo. Underside appears to have been saved by factory undercoating when the vehicle was new. Bumpers, rim and glass are all original. Convertible top and glass rear window are in very nice condition. Power top works great. This car was upgraded to 15" Mopar Rallye wheels and car rides on 205/75-15 radial whitewall tires.INTERIOR:Black interior appears to be all original with no rips or cracks in the padded dash. All lights and electrical items work including the clock. Dash and console present well. There is an aftermarket stereo radio installed which works well. Original tonneau cover is intact and snaps in place, ut does have about a 4" tear on the right side close to the back seat. This is a 48 year old interior in great shape that appears to be a low mileage original interior. Original jack and spare are intact. Trunk mat was renewed.DRIVELINE:This Plymouth is nicely equipped with a 383 Super Commando V8 that runs great and is backed by an automatic transmission followed by a positraction rear. This car runs and drives great and has one finger power steering. The factory dual exhaust has the signature Mopar Big block mellow tone and rumble. There is nothing on this vehicle that would keep it from being a reliable driver. There is no need to trailer it to the new owner's destination. The odometer on the car states 26,988. In Pennsylvania older cars are commonly listed as mileage exempt on title as in this case as well. It appears that this can be a low mileage car however I cannot verify it nor document it. You can be the judge here though. This engine bay is not dolled up with any spray paint etc. Only the new water pump and corresponding housing and intake manifold received fresh Mopar orange paint upon the water pump installation. The fender wells are clean shiny original paint. Under hood and trunk are clean as well. It appears that this can be a low mileage car.TERMS OF SALE:Please check my 100% positive feedback and buy with confidence. I am not interested in any trades. Just looking for an outright sale. To be crystal clear with all potential buyers, hipping is your financial responsibility. What this means is that the cost of shipping the car does not affect the price of my car. I live in Pennsylvania. If you live 3000 miles away from me, t will be expensive to ship the car. That does not make my car worth any less. If you live 5 miles away from me does it make my car worth more? Of course not. Shipping is what it is. It is the cost to move freight from point A to point B. Period. I look forward to a pleasant and easy sale here. I am very easy to work with. My contact # is at the top and bottom of this ad to make it very easy to reach me at.
