Plymouth Barracuda 1970 Description
1970 Plymouth Barracuda Gran Coupe Local One Owner Car Original Owners name still on title No Rust Rebuilt Motor 383 factory Matching Number engine Incredible Survivor Many Documents including original owners manual and registration Many recently serviced items This 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Gran Coupe was delivered locally in the Portland Oregon area on 6/18/1970. It came from the factory with Black Velvet Paint 383 4BBL HD Auto Transmission Dual Exhaust Ralley Instrument Cluster Tach Rear Window Defrost Overhead Console and much more. The overall condition is very good with the interior being particularly nice. The seats door panels headliner carpet and gauges are in excellent shape. The dash top does have cracks and is shown in the pictures. The motor compartment and the trunk look excellent and very original. There is the original jack included as well. The motor was rebuilt a few thousand miles ago and I’m not sure they painted it the correct color as I remember these in orange not blue. It is indeed matching numbers as verified in the included photo. The paint is very nice but there are a few spots the right rear quarter in particular that has lost its luster the exterior chrome is in great shape. We see zero signs of any accident damage and the rust is non-existent please look at the underside photos to see how nice this car is. Everything works all the gauges(minus the damn clock do they ever?) the rear window defroster all the lights even the key buzzer as well as seat belt and low fuel warnings in the overhead console work! This car is very original and is the nicest we have seen in years. It has had a lot of service work done recently this includes: New Radiator New Gas Tank New Cap Rotor and Wires Brake System Flush Coolant Flush Oil Change Service New Air Filter New Battery New Pinion Seal New Oil Pan Gasket New Hoses New BeltsNew Exhaust As you can imagine this car drives wonderfully. The engine starts right up hot or cold. The transmission shifts smoothly and the brakes work as they should. The car is free of any major leaks and there are no known mechanical issues. This car is not a project it is ready to be driven and enjoyed! Please look through all of the included photographs; we go to great lengths in attempt to show every aspect of our cars. If you bid and win the auction you are expected to complete the transaction. Pre-purchase inspections are welcome PRIOR to the end of auction. We can help arrange shipping anywhere in the USA or overseas. Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!! Call or email with any additional questions. 503-475-8078 Josh 503-819-9007 Matt
