Texas Classic Cars Of Dallas is proud to showcase this awesome 1970 Plymouth GTX.This beautiful Matching Numbers car was restored from head to toe, t runs and drives like new.You can feel the road shake as this car races by you, t has a great 390Hp and a whopping 490 ft lbs of Torque.The attention to detail that went into restoring this GTX is perfect, t is one of the best in the market today.The Six-Pack is by far the most desirable setup for the 440; it features 3 2 barrel carburetors.This set up bumpes the 440 from 375 HP to a healthy 390 HP.This particular example also features its original 4 speed manual transmission which makes this thing a blast to drive.Dont miss out on a chance to own a true show quality GTX.The GTX was just a single 4bbl from the factory, ut the matching numbers block was just upgraded to the 3 2bbls.
The 1970 GTX received a minor redesign (new grille and rear taillights)Stylists made the lines smoother, nd a "power bulge" hood was introduced, s well as non-functional rear brake air scoops.The Air Grabber hood was brought back, ut instead of having two narrow openings running length-wise as in 1969,it had one opening scoop located on the power bulge.The GTX was available with the standard 440 four-barrel carburetor,as well as the 440+6 barrel (three two-barrel carburetors) and the 426 Hemi. In keeping with the GTX marketing strategy,the 1970 model included many standard features. Also, TX is one of the most sought after Plymouth models ever produced.The mill's internals received a further upgrade for 1970, ith gigondo con-rods heading the list. A new externally balanced extra-heavy-duty crankshaft was required with the new rods, nd that in turn brought the requirement for external balancing, or the first time ever in a Mopar. A new right-side exhaust manifold, porting an improved heat-control valve, as introduced. For the first time, utomatic-equipped cars could be had with the 8 1/2-inch axle and highway gears, nd the Dana was offered with your choice of 3.54 or 4.10 cogs.

Overseas customers will be charged a $30.00 fee for wire transfers.
We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of .002286% and a small documentary fee of $75.00 on ALL sales.
