Pontiac Other 1930 Description
Up for auction is this almost all original '30 Pontiac as it does have a new 6 volt electric fuel pump. Even the paint is original that is flaking some in spots, however, amazing for a 75 yr. old car. No rust through anywhere with a couple minor dents. A body mans dream. It does look cool just the way it is, however would make a great restoration project. The top is good with no leaks. It has the original wood rims that are in good shape. The glass is all very nice. The car starts easily every time & runs like a watch. It idles smooth & cool and you can barely hear it running. It has low original miles(46K). It has the original flat-head six engine.(#s match the title) It has a 3 speed on the floor transmission. It shifts great. The brakes work good. The tires hold ai, however, are weather checked. I've driven it with these tires since I have owned it. They hold air good and have good tread. Look over the pictures of the all original interior. I think it is a real time capsule. It is in very nice shape along with an excellent shape headliner. The headlights work, horn does not work but is there. Gauges work. It is missing the passenger side rear door handle that I may have. This old Pontiac still has the original trunk on the back with tools, jack, luggage rack and etc. This old Pontiac is incredibly solid and runs great. You could restore, repaint or drive as is. I've enjoyed it just as is.I am sure the new owner will really like this old piece of history. Please contact me via email to share phone numbers to further discuss this car.
