Pontiac GTO 1970 Description

Check out my very clean 1970 Pontiac GTO equipped with a V8 455. This is 1 of only 1986 built in 1970. This car was originally factory ordered at Jack Barnes Pontiac in Oxnard. alifornia and spent most of its life in the dry desert southwest. It is still on a clean Nevada title. I purchased the vehicle in 2007 and I moved to the Buffalo. Y area in 2011. It is kept in a garage under a premium California car cover and blankets. Included with the sale is all the PHS paperwork. opy of window sticker and build sheet plus a ton of receipts and paperwork going back into the 1980's until now. The L75 455 runs nice and strong and is equipped with smooth shifting M40 automatic transmission. It equipped with a Edelbrock four barrel carb and a chrome air cleaner. It has aftermarket headers (needs gaskets) and Flowmaster dual exhaust with chrome split ends. Plus it also has variable ratio power steering and power disc brakes. Plus cold A/C. ilt steering wheel. emote outside mirror. orking lighted hood tach and a AM radio with rear speaker. The T3 headlights. urn signals and cigarette lighter all work accordingly. The straight rustfree body was repainted in the factory Baja Gold in the 1990's and the paint is still very clean and shiny but it does have some minor nicks and chips. The vehicle being from the desert southwest has no known rust issues on the floors or frame. The chrome is shiny and glass is nice. It also had a new Cordova saddle vinyl roof installed and the seat covers and carpet have been replaced also. The factory dash pad has minor damage and has a cover over it. This one is equipped with the optional folding flat passenger seat but the plastic seat backs need to be redyed (I have new ones) and the top of the door panels have minor sun fade. It has newer shocks. all joints and brakes. The rally II wheels look sharp and I do have the trim rings. It goes down the road nicely and has lots of power. I have some extra parts that will be included in the sale also. We drive the car occasionally to the local cruise night or to the local ice cream stand. and always get lots of thumbs up!
