Pontiac Catalina 1961 Description

A rare rust free find. 2 door 61 bubble top pontiac catalina. I have owned this car for around 15 years and it pains me to even think about selling it, however father time has a way letting most people know when it's time to start giving up some toys. First the not so good. Paint is 20 plus years old has some cracking and scratches, so I will call it a ten footer. Looks great from there. The rest is good. Glass, interior, chrome, frame and sheet metal, all excellent. I know of zero rust anywhere. Engine is a 389 bored and stroked to around 460 c i d. Has a Butler performance rotating assembly, Ross pistons, steel crank, ported 6x heads, cast iron headers, edelbrock aluminum intake with a holley 4 barrel, and a haul ass cam. Trans is t 10 four speed, driving a posi with 364 gears. The stopping chores are handled with a four wheel disc brake system. Power brakes, power steering. Like new tires with Mickey Thompson street slicks on rear. A super fun car to drive and a real attention getter, by the way it will haul ASS.
