Pontiac Laurentiant 1958 Description
This 1958 Pontiac was one of 1950 Laurentians built ... but only a small number had the 348 V8 option ...a fewer yet with a Tri-Power! This is a correct 1958 Tri Power set up rebuilt by Chilly Willy ... it works great!! This car originally was a 4 bbl. The interior is basically stock. The trans was upgraded to a turbo 350. The engine has been professionally rebuilt (three years ago, but only about 1000 miles) and runs very smooth.Has 108340 miles on the car at this point, but I do drive it a bit on nice weekends. Not much for options ... it has a radio ... dual antenna, and dual exhaust (glass packs).... sorry no P/S or P/B ... have to take it easy until you get used to that!! Also, it has Bias Ply WWW tires. No problem for me, but if you have never driven on Bias Ply tires... you will want radials.
Head liner was replaced a couple of years ago ... but there are water stains ...
Roof has lace painting, very 70's.
Has H4 headlights with the green LEDs connected to the park lights.
Gets more attention than I can handle!!
Good solid car, that is fun to drive!!
You could buy this car, fly here and drive it home! (MPG isn't the best ... I get 8 - 10mpg)
