Pontiac Firebird 1970 Description

Selling a VERY clean and original 1970 Pontiac Firebird. Bought from the original owners grandson and have records back until new, including registration cards, Protect-O-Plate, owners manual, window sticker, etc. Minor changes have been made but original parts have been retained. Engine completely rebuilt to 1969 Pontiac 350 High Output specs using Hot Rod magazine article:
http://www.hotrod.com/articles/hppp-1102-350-ho-engine-build/

The only difference from the articleis that I also installed a GoEFI fuel injection system, which runs a drives great. Only about 1,600 miles put on it since the rebuild late last year. It also hasa new Flowmaster mandrel bent exhaust front to back. I have all the receipts. I also installed new Cooper Cobra tires, replaced most of the A/C components, replaced the front brakes, and installed new reproduction front seat covers and center armrest. I did everything to ensure the A/C is working properly but did strip a fitting on the accumulator and will fix it if I can before the sale but at this point it is being listed as non operational. There are no cracks in the dash and all instruments are in working order. Radio does not work. It powers up but I've never taken the time to check it.
The paint is not perfect but original, except for doors which were repainted to repair door dings and install rub strips. This was done back in 1978 which I have the receipts as well as many more over the years. My original intent was to paint it but I truly have had a hard time removing the original paint. The car is absolutely rust free. The odometer shows 89,409 but judging by the service records appears to have rolled over once, but you would never know it by inspecting the car. Here is a video of the car.
