Up for auction. beautiful 1961 Studebaker Hawk. One of approximately 400. 1961 Hawks equipped with factory installed 4 speed transmissions. 1961 was the first year for this option. Total restoration which includes: Original 289 cubic inch four barrel engine (using R1 pistons and valves). Re-built transmission. differential. brakes and radiator. New exhaust. New complete interior kit from Phantom Auto Works which includes: Seat covers. door panels. headliner and carpet. New wide whitewall radial tires with full wheel covers. Original dash pad. fascia and instrument cluster. All new window and door seals. Non-original new electric fuel pump. carburetor and air cleaner. New base coat/clear coat exterior paint. All original chrome has been re-plated. All original stainless trim re-polished. This car has been garaged w/no smoking in vehicle since in my possession. Less that 1500 miles on restoration.
