Studebaker 1956 Description

1956 Red Studebaker Power Hawk. The exterior of the car is a glossy red and has new clean interior leather seats. Excellent running condition WITH WORKING OVERDRIVE. No power steering. no power windows. The car has been in storage for over 20 years. The car was fully restored by the former owner who was an antique car collector. I purchased the car from his Estate. There is no rust on the interior floorboards of the cab or the trunk. The seals around the doors and trunk look in good condition. Looking underneath the car shows minimal rust. No holes. No water leaks around the trunk. Electrical systems work. Please note: I do not have a background detailed history of the car. I don't know the origin. I don't know if the paint is original from the factory. Or if it is the original color. I think the RIMS are original Studebaker. But I am not 100% sure. I also believe the engine is original to the car. It was purchased for a fun drive around toy not as an investment. I have more pictures of car I can send. Also. I have a video of the car running with the he hood up. I can arrange to send the video to you so you can hear the engine. I will be willing to email anyone who is SERIOUS ABOUT BUYING the car. The car has been checked out by a mechanic in Nashville TN. The car has new belts. water pump. and radiator. The only known issues with the car is there is a Bondo scratch on the trunk and the car makes a noise when it is put in low gear. sticking right front wheel cylinder. It is being sold AS IS. I am willing to work with the buyer on delivery or pickup options. I paid $16. 00. 00 for the car. Not counting repairs made to the car which are well over $2. 00. 00. I am selling the car at a loss because I no longer have a place to store it and I do not have time to work on it and I can't afford to keep spending money on a car that no one drives. I am asking for $12. 00. 00 for the car Or Best Offer. For serious inquires only please feel free to contact me.
