Willys cj2a 1946 Description

1946 Willys Jeep cj2a, complete, all original, needs total restoration or use for parts.
Working on obtaining title, keys and VIN plate from previous owner but there is no guarantee we will get any of these items. So as of now, Jeep will be sold with bill of sale only.
Fresh out of storage. Last plated and driven in 1969-70. Owned and stored by same owner for 46 years. I just acquired Jeep recently.
I have all the top bows and hardware for the top as well as the canvas top and doors. Canvas top and doors are in good condition with some minor wear and rips. Plastic windows have some fogging but may clean up, I have not tried cleaning top or windows. Bucket of misc parts includes spare tire carrier bracket.
Motor ran when parked in 1970, but as of now, motor does not turn over. It may turn over after some effort. Brake and clutch pedals are stuck and will not press down. Shifter seems to work ok, 4 x 4 levers are kinda stuck. Again I have not oiled anything up or tried to force anything free. Basically all I have done is wash it and air up the tires. Tires are shot and will kind of hold air. Windshield has small crack on passenger side, drivers side looks good. Tailgate and toolbox lid are attached. Under the hood it looks complete with the exception of a broken spark plug. Jeep will roll forward and steering works, however it does not roll backward possibly because front axle is engaged. Crankcase was full of oil when i bought it. I did not add any fluids. There is surface rust throughout under carriage but frame looks solid. There are some rust holes in the floor.
Good start for a Jeep project, original, ratrod, rock climber or cruiser. Great patina on body as is.
This Willys Jeep is what it is. Jeep has many useful and valuable parts if it were parted out. I will not part out, sold as complete Jeep. Please do not ask reserve price, it is reasonable, probably cheapest cj listed. I do not have a buy it now price.
Any questions, let me know. Buyer pays for and arranges shipping. I will help coordinate and help load on transport trailer.
Thank you for looking and bidding.
