Willys Willys M38 1952 Description

1952 Willys M38 Jeep
This Willys has been treated to a body off frame restoration. Equipped with a rare PTO (Power Take Off) winch. It also carries a .30 Caliber Machine Gun and mount (not operational). The finest M38 you will ever see, this vehicle is an excellent toy and investment. Fully restored both cosmetically and mechanically to new, this little Willys is 100% turn key and ready to drive.
This is the last of the true flat fender Jeeps. The M38 was used in the Korean war and was built from 1950-1952 with only 45,000 produced. It's predecessor the WWII Willy's MB/GPW had a massive production run which topped off in the area of 650,000 units. The more rare and desirable M38 was a great improvement over it's predecessor. Major upgrades included the water fording ventilation system and a waterproof 24 volt electrical system.
