I purchased this refined50 year oldC20in theEastern Sierra's at anestate sale from the original owners grand daughter.

This was grandpa's pride & joy as told to me by the grand daughter.

BTW These vintage 1960-66 C20 Camper Specialsare red hot right now so here is your chance atconsidering one for your Chevy collection.

Honestly, e both area little bit hesitant to sell her; However, e do need the driveway space presently.

This particular Chevy C20 was born in Fremont, A. back in 1965 & never left the state.

Honest lightly used desert dry California truck. Nothing more nothing less.

Mechanical features:

Rare optional factory A/C. Uncut dash. Original GM AM radio. Factory optional power steering. Factory optional power brakes.Optional 350ci motor. Optional Quadrojet 4 barrelcarburetor. Optional rare as hens teeth manual 8 speed gear splitter/vender overdrive systemwhich retailed alone for about $2K back then if you could even find one. Triple fuel tanks for extra long trips.

Vintage matching Pullman rounded edge Alaskan type camper.

This unit will pull a house and then some withit's beefyoptional 8 speed gear vendor overdrive system.

Ipreformed a complete oil serviceincludingnew NAPA silver oil filter, 0WT synthetic oil change &new NAPA Air cleaner.

Filled her up with fresh 91 high octane Chevron fuel then used some Seafoam directly in the Quadrojet carburetor.She fired up on a 1/4 key & ran just superb to her new home in Bishop, A.

She presently runs, hifts, amp; drives pretty darnwell in my opinion for a 50 year old truckas I personally droveher 65+ HWY miles recently fromourranch in Lone Pine upto our housein Bishop.

Original owners manual is included which is pictured.

Exterior C20 body features include the following:

Factory "Camper Special" chrome trim package. Original optional chrome bumper with hard to find matching chrome bumper guards. Original chrome dog dish hubcaps with it's original split rims. Bridgestone tires are weather checked so be aware of this fact. Perfect ORIGINAL wood bed with even it's factory blackfinish picturedwhich were protected/preserved byit's matching Pullman camper shell.

Like new original tailgate& rear window are both includedwhich have been in storage for about 50 years.

Both GM code Cameo Beige WA 3136 &WE5111 White two (2) tone colours.

Gorgeous desert preserved patina on it's (2) tone original factory GM code paint.NO significant rust issues. NO bodywork as body has NEVER had a repaint. I just leftOG paint surfaceas I found her. I'll I have done was to gently rub paint restoration fluid on exterior body surface & use my air chuck from my air compressor to properly dust both the interior & engine compartment. That's it period.

Rock solid ORIGINAL rockers, loor pans, oor jams, amp; fenders as pictured clearly below. Some small surface dings pictured here & there that give it a special touch of authentic vintage character.

You wouldbe hard pressed to findanotherexceptionalC20 Camper Special with this special custom option package.

With a proper detailing she will shine up like a brand new penny.
