Chevrolet Nova 1969 Description
This is a numbers matching car. You can see the vin on the block, ransmission and rear end.The car does need metal work. I have AMD sheet metal for it. However, he quarter panels are for a '72 and would need to be have the '69 side markers welded into them. There is over $4,000 worth of sheet metal for this car. This is what I have: Full floor with bottom bracing. R&L inner and outer rocker panels, ull trunk, ith drop downs, &L full quarter panels, ear panel between the quarters and a tail light panel (72 stuff). There is also a master bolt kit and pinion stubber.
The sheet metal you would need to complete it would be: Both frame rails, nner and outer wheel well housings and a new pan for the dash. This would give you a rust free body.
The car is well documented with the numbers matching engine, ransmission and rear end. There is a protector plate, he first registration from 1970 and the 2nd original title from 1970 (which would need to be brought in for transfer) There are also original pictures of the car.
There a lot of undocumented cars out there. Top concern for buys is documentation, ell this is very well documented. You need to check out the last three numbers of the vin! Look on the block pictures, t is pretty interesting (666) for the last three on the serial number. Lots to talk about on this car.
There is a picture of the sheet metal in my truck. I want to give you an idea what all comes with the car. With arrangement, can hold for a while, ut would like to get it out before the snow flies. I understand it might take a couple weeks to get organized to pick it up. I live in Blaine, N.
Yes, hat is an original set of red lines for '69. They also go with the car.
