So I've been dreaming of building this ultimate Camaro for decades, collecting and prepping parts over a number of years. I started with an exceptionally solid Eastern Oregon car, then turned it over to a couple of body and paint craftsmen with instructions to get as close as possible to perfection. They did an outstanding job prepping the body, getting all the panels as flat as possible and seams even. They then applied a metallic silver base coat, sanded that smooth, added the candee mid-coat, sanded that smooth, added pearl white stripes, then the clear finish coat, which was color sanded and buffed to perfection. It's a simply stunning paint job and I was on the way to the Camaro of my dreams. All interior panels speed lined. Then catastrophe struck. Some a**hole broke into my shop and carted off a whole truckload of parts and tools. I don't have the money, time, tools or heart to start over, so my loss is your gain. Your chance to get most of a whole car for the cost of the paint job alone.
