1968 Camaro SS 396 Project

Chevrolet Camaro 1968 Description

This Camaro SS 396 was built with a tilt steering column, light monitoring system, a mono tape player, black deluxe interior, and a 12 bolt rear axle with 3:07 gears, non-posi. The original 396 engineand 400 Turbo transmission were long gone when I bought the car many years ago. The paint is Teal Blue with a black vinyl top. The black deluxe interior was sold and it has otherdeluxe seats in it now. It has manual drum brakes with the junction block on the subframe.All of the glass is original except for the windshield. I have a three spoke deluxe SS steering wheelthat goes with the car. I do not have a 396 engineor a 400 Turbo transmission for the car.

This car is a project. It will need sheet metal replaced, the interior redone,and all the mechanical parts replaced or rebuilt to be a drivable car.

I havea clear Indiana title.
