Chevrolet Caprice 1991 Description

This is a scarce Police Interceptor ! I bought this at auction many years ago. It came from a rural New Jersey department. I drove it home and drove it for a few years after as-is without needing any work until it needed wheel cylinders and or other brake work. I've parked it with the intention of doing the minor body work and brakes then a fresh paint job. I have too many projects and never got to it. It starts right u, runs & shifts well. No brakes ! Will need to be trailer-ed or towed. The interior is in excellent condition with very minor wear. Very Clean appearance. Everything is working. Power windows, Air, Radio, Dash gauges. Clean & Clear title. Loads of Crown Vics and Impalas but How many Police Wagons are out there ?
