You are looking at a real Custom Cruiser that the whole family can enjoy!This 1949 Chevy Custom Deluxe Fleetline is a Mild Custom with that great "Traditional 50's Kustom" look.
This amazing car starts, rives and stops very well. It has a upgraded 1957 235 I6 engine with a new Rochester Single Pot Carburetor, great on gas. It has been converted to 12 volt with a 100 amp Delco Alternator .New GM Distributor and plug wires. newer 12v battery and rebuilt starter. New water pump, /font>Re-cored Radiator and Zirgo Hi-Flo push fan keep this "Classic Cool Like Fonzi"
Manual transmission gear selection is made with the original 3 speed on the tree column shifter, ood clutch. Upgraded with a Power Glide rear end, oes freeway speeds 65mph+ all day long.
A lowered ride with New Radial 195/70 14" Pinner White Wall tires and New Stainless Lancer Cross Bar Full Wheel Covers. It has 4" blocks in rear with leafs removed and adjustable air shocks, he lowered front coils. The car rides smooth and handles well.
Dual Split Tube exhaust manifolds and 1.5" straight pipe dual exhaust exits the rear with Fishtail tips, sounds great with that straight six wrapp.!
The interior is very comfortable with new padding on front seat, /font>Brown Tijuana blankets wraps the stock bench and rear seats. Mercedes Brown carpet mats over sound deadening heat shield in the front, he floors are solid and rust free (see pics). Deluxe Steering wheel and ring. The driver side glass has a crack as does the rear passenger wing, till usable and keeps out the weather.

6x9's in the rear and 6'"s up front sounds good playing tunes in this Classic.
The body and rockers have no visible rust or rot. It has 1950 Grille and hood latch. The body is straight and solid, hot in Hot Rod Flatz Hunter Green with custom Hand Pinstiped Tan Accents and Scrolls over the entire car. The paint job is a couple of years old that shows well but does have some flaws (See Pics).
The Dash is a cream with black pinstriping.
In a nut shell this is a one of a kind classic! Turn the key and go cruise! This is not a museum quality car or trailer queen, but it is a nice driver car that will steal the show at any local gathering! Any and every-time I drive this car I get nothing but waves, thumbs ups, onversation, cant come out of a store with out somebody standing there looking in! It has been driven for long distances at interstate speeds. This "Fastback" is a California car and always has been. It has many new and upgraded parts, ots of accessories and kustom pieces.
This Classic is titled and Currently Registered as a 1949 Chevrolet with a clear
