Chevrolet Camaro 1968 Description

CRUISIN CLASSICS would like to introduce you to a first-generation Classic in the form of a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS Tribute. Painted in a BEAUTIFUL Lemans Blue (original color), this will turn heads at each and every show or trip to the A&W. It has the markings of an SS which is the tribute part of this hot rod. Body
Extremely solid, Los Angeles built car with all original floors and trunk. New quarters replaced when restored. Very good body fit. Doors shut great. Awesome paint with very nice chrome trim and emblems that are newer. All new weather strip. Front and rear spoilers. Dual sport mirrors and an SS louvered hood helps bring out the beast that it is.
Interior
Newer factory style blue bucket seats. Console with the 4-speed shifter, factory console gauges, factory tach and clock.(tick-tock-clock) Walnut 3-spoke steering wheel. Am/Fm Cassette stereo with dual rear speakers.
Engine / Transmission
1970, 350ci (casting date 7-24-70) Edelbrock 600 Carb with electric choke. Mild cam. Double hump heads. Weiand Aluminum intake manifold, New ceramic coated headers matched to a NEW 2-1/2" dual exhaust system. Billet Chevy Bowtie valve covers and chrome air cleaner. Muncie manual 4-speed transmission with a New shifter.
The Chevrolet rear axle is a 10-bolt with a 3.55 gear ratio, non-posi.
Stock suspension
Power front disc brakes with drums in the rear. New booster, master cylinder, brake lines, hoses, rotors, calipers and rear brakes.
The fuel system has been completely upgraded with a New tank, New sending unit and New front to rear fuel lines.
The factory style GM rally wheels (plus rings and center caps) are covered with Dayton Daytona raised white letter radials.
