This pickup was owned by the original North Carolina owner until his passing at which time his son owned the truck until now. The truck has never been for sale since it was purchased brand new in 1972! This truck has never been in any accidents and it is absolutely rust free & drop dead gorgeous. The truck was completely restored to AACA standards in 1999 and it has been garage kept and pampered since that time. In 2000 this Cheyenne was an AACA National Senior award winner and also in 2001 the truck was a Carolina Region AACA Senior award winner once again. You may already know however in case you don’t… winning a Senior AACA award is not easy. It takes an excellent example from every aspect to accomplish it. This is a real good truck. The paint and body are a knockout. The body is laser straight and it is painted in its original white and Medium Bronze factory colors. Correct hubcaps and tires and excellent bright work and trim make this truck a real eye pleaser. The interior looks almost new. The jack is behind the seat in its original location and every gauge. light. and even the factory radio is functional. The e-brake and radio work also. The windows roll up and down perfectly and the doors shut easy and solid just like they should. The engine is the original 350 rebuilt to factory specs with correct hoses. clamps. belts and so forth. The motor runs perfect. It starts first time and seems to be tuned just right. The transmission shifts like it should and the ride. drive. and handling are amazing. This truck is a true pleasure to drive. It’s rare to find a national show quality truck such as this one for sale. The new owners will be absolutely pleased and excited! I guarantee it!
