Chevrolet Camaro 1971 Description

1971 Camaro. GTO Quick Silver paint 1969 Camaro ss hockey stick strip kit. Has approximately 4000 miles since transformation.

Power is from a 2004 6.0L cast iron truck block stock pistons crank and rods. Corvette camshaft ls2 intake manifold. Ls3 injectors flowing approximately 63 lb/hr. SFI certifiedvibration damper. Tuned with HP tuners. Factory ecm with factory harness reworked and electric fans. Procharger P1SC reverse rotation supercharger adds excitement! Perfect fit with a 2006 corvette mounting bracket kit. Blower is slowed with the 25% underdrivecrank pulley. Still more poweravailable! Front mount inner cooler with polished aluminum tubing. Corvette calipers/pads included for swap later.

This is a great combination for power and economy. Very fun car. This car made 598 rwhp with l92 heads and a Comp. Cam.(unknown with this combo)92mm throttle Summit inline fuel pump(not the small one) Corvette fuel filter. Stockfuel tank. Very reliable.

Transmission is 8 months old built to hold serious power 3500 rpm billet cover torque converter. This trans WILL shift into 3rd gear from second at wide open throttle unlike most other built 700r4's. Shifts and drives great. Rear end is out of a Z28 8.5" posi traction 3.73 gears. Clutches were replaced last fall. Cal tracs traction system installed two years ago. Car has front and rear sway bars. New frontsway bar bushings and links when car was built also new lower ball joints and control arm bushings.

Interior was also redone new carpet nos dash pad 1973 consolewide bandair/fuel gauge. Front seats from Honda Prelude recovered along with original rear seat. New headliner visors covered door and trim panels in great condition. (Frt panels have holes for speakers/no speakers)
