Chevrolet Camaro 1970 Description
1970 Camaro Z/28. Up for sale is my complete numbers matching, ocumented, 4,000 original mile 1970 z/28. I have documented owners history with miles each owner drove, rotect o plate, nd certification from Jerry McNeish. This is a survivor car that has been freshened up with new stock Gardner exhaust, expensive!) engine rebuild with just cylinder honing and not bored over. New seals in heads and all new engine gaskets and carburetor rebuild. Three angle valve job, nd full balance. Needless to say, his 360HP LT1 Chevrolet small block 350 runs very strong. 4.11 gears in the 12 Bolt Rear end, nd the 1970 Z28 was the only small block Chevrolet Camaro to get a 12 bolt rear end. Original interior with no extra speakers etc. I have the original smog pump, nd the original tail pipes, long with the original wood grain dash face and original spare good year bias ply tire and jack accessories. The under chassis has just been freshened up which retained its original orange oxide and the shocks were replaced. Original floor pans. It is a 4 speed car with a 410 rear end. I also added a brand new set of Goodyear Polyglass Tires, nd this car is ready to drive, r show. This car needs very little to be perfect. The car is amazing as it has always been stored under cover, nd spent years in a climate controlled facility. It retains its original color citrus green with black interior. This car is not perfect, nd none are! I know the radio, hich plays perfectly, s drawing to much current and will drain the battery over time. I need to replace one interior vent knob that is missing (it is on order). I am going to replace the driver's side door bushings (I have new pins and bushings). I noticed the driver's side door glass has an irregular top line, ut only by about 1/8" or so. It is so slight, hat the car does not leak, nd is not noticeable until the glass is rolled down. That is about it!! My preference for Muscle cars are those that could go around corners, nd not just in a straight line. This one is it! 1970 was the Apex of Muscle Car Glory, nd this is, n my opinion, he best Small Block Engine Chevrolet ever built. It could embarrass lots of Big Blocks, nd out handle all of them. I have a Boss 302 also, hich I will be selling, nd I think this car is the best of the Trans Am series cars. For 1970, hevrolet borrowed heavily from Ferrari on the new F body Camaro's lines. This car has a great look and stance to this day. Inspections Encouraged and Welcomed. Car is located close to Love Field, n Dallas, X. Thanks for your interest. Please call 214-507-9441 if you have genuine interest. No emails, lease. I find that people that have genuine interest, ill pick up the telephone.
