Chevrolet Corvette 1966 Description
This car was built back in the 70's to travel around the country with the World of Wheels car show. It was built at a cost of $180,000.It has a full custom one off body including gulwing doors. That was all hand layed fiberglass. It was not made from a kit. The bottom of the car was completely smoothed and painted to match the top.
You will never see any others like it.
It has full cantilever custom built billet aluminum suspension with inboard coil over shocks.
The rear is an IRS Quick change.
I have a new Dashworks dash that I made a removable top that gives you access to the remote resovoiurs for the Wilwood brake pedal and dual master cylinder setup.
I have full Autometer C2 gauges.
New painless wiring race car harness with built in relays. Plus a turn and flasher harness for the turn signals.
Two new one off custom Concourse Specialties switch panels. One race car style that was made to plug directly into the fuse block and the other for the power windows and turn signals.
Wilwood brake pedal with dual master cylinders.
All wilwood 4 piston calipers and rotors.
Im sure theres allot of stuff I'm forgetting.
The car was built by a famous builder and the suspension was built by John Buttera.
Was featured in many magazines.
I have an old show book from the 80's that features the car plus some pictures that were stent to me. Which will go with the car.
You need more info just ask.
I do have a 454 full roller motor motor with an 8:71 Supercharger that can be bought with the car for an additional $10,000. The motor only has a few miles on it.
