Chevrolet Corvette 1974 Description
for sale is a 74 chevy corvette stingray. it is being sold for a friend who had originally bought it to restore. when he bought it a few years ago he did not know how to drive stick so he brought me along to drive it home which was about 20 miles. at that time i was very impressed about how well the car ran and drove. my friend has come to some health issues which have changed his priorities in his life and now needs to sell this car.i had seriously contemplated keeping this car but i have way to many projects at the moment.....i have taken several pictures of the car. which still runs and drives very wellbattery dead-runs with jumpbut has low brakes making a long trip unavailable.once the brake issue is resolved this is a running driving car!also did note one of the fuel lines had a tiny leak. please review pictures mechanically not a great deal would be needed the car does run strong and the transmission is good so there is a good base to start a restoration. body is generally good just needs very little fiberglass work near the headlight after that a good paint job. windshield is cracked. rear bumper not correct for the car but fits on decent. some minor interior work is needed. this is a running driving minimal project car. the paint job would probably be the biggest expense as this car can be driven while it is restored. not sure if this car is in its original color as i do not remember any c3 vettes in this color-so im not certain. the car has not been washed cleaned or preped in any way so it actually looks better than the pictures would dictate.please review pictures as what you see is what you get and there are no warrantees and there are no refunds. this car with a decent restiration car be worth between 15k and 20k so up potential is high on this car and future value is increasing quickly. usually for this price you are buying a real basket case not a running driving cosmetic resto car that is bound to return on your investment.
please review pictures as what you see is what you get we are not taking offers on this car. so please do not make any not looking to trade as he needs to cash out. lastly a $250 fee is added to the price to cover our ad expense and additional expenses that were assosciated with selling this car. you are welcome to come and see it by appointment only.we are confident the winner of this car will be quite satisfied.
