Chevrolet Other Pickups 1945 Description

Title shows this truck as a 1945 model; that may be unusual as it was war-time. Ultimately model year may be an owner/restorer determination based on careful research. See photos as they are part of description. Truck was set aside from farm use in past. Has CLEAN TITLE, Washington State. Have made no attempt to start so am listing as does not run. My restoration plans have changed due to life circumstances. Truck appears to be complete. Spent life in dry climate in Eastern Washington state wheat country. Hand painted white by previous owner. Engine turned over when towed across yard one year ago. Transmission is 4 speed. Bed is wood and needs replacement. Decent opening and closing of doors. Door glass good. Spare tire hangers still there under rear of truck. A few spare parts are included and are seen in cab interior photo sitting on seat. Seat back is sitting upright, but removed and reversed. Several pieces of, “glove box,” paperwork included such as truck registrations. Photos represent what the buyer is bidding on. A vintage truck – as is; where is. A 71 year old piece of trucking history. Questions happily answered. Pick up ONLY at seller's location approximately 70 miles west of Spokane, Washington. Buyer will benefit from bringing adequate winch equipped trailer or truck. I have no loading ability. Ebay listing template states, “ask seller for shipping information.” Please note: I have no means to ship whatsoever and have no information regarding shipping. TERMS OF SALE: Ebay will determine down payment which is required via PayPal within, I think, 48 hours, with FULL payment within 7 days. This is Ebay's policy and is agreeable to me. Truck MUST by picked up at seller's location within TWO (2) weeks from close of auction. PLEASE do not bid unless you are able to able to pick up truck in timely fashion. Ebay and PayPal extract their fees from me in a prompt and businesslike fashion, so I ask the same for myself from the buyer because too much later and it becomes impossible for me to recover these fees if sale is not concluded. Starting bid based on estimated value of Art Deco cab and/or basis for full restoration. Thank you for preserving vintage truck history.
