Here goes!

This auction is for a 1972 Corvette 4 Speed Manual Transmission Project Car with no Reserve. The car runs and drives but will need some TLC to get her back to its original glory. I repeat this is a project car. I bought the car with intentions of making it my dream car but stuff happens and now I have to sell it. My loss is your gain. Winner takes it…I have already invested a good amount of money into the car with the following items put in brand new and I have receipts for all the parts and labor that i had done which I will include in the sale.

-NEW CARBURETOR

-NEW DISTRIBUTOR

-NEW COIL

-NEW SPARK PLUG WIRES

-NEW STARTER

-NEW BATTERY WITH WARRANTY

-NEW BATTERY CABLES

-NEW BATTERY TERMINALS

-While back new front suspension bushings

-While back new exhaust system

-While back New Shocks

-While back New Front Headlight actuators

Please read everything very carefully. This is a project car, it will need some love to get her back to 100%. This is not a show car. If you want a show car then this is not for you. The car’s body is in great shape as can be seen in the pics. The doors open and close just fine. The hood takes some wiggling to get it open and you have to pull hard but it opens. Car steers good. All the glass is there and the two back tires have good tread the front tired may need replacing. As can be seen in the pics the rally caps are missing as well as the front emblem. I removed the wiper motor to have it replaced but never got around to it. I will include it in the sale just not installed. The engine runs and drives as can be seen in the video. The transmission shifts into all gears just fine and the car brakes. The T Tops are both there they go on and off with minimal effort. The paint is ok maybe with some buffing it can come back to its shine. All in all the body is good, looks pretty straight as can be seen in the pics. The doors open and close form the inside and outside just fine. I have the key for both the doors and ignition. This was originally an AC car but the AC compressor is not present and never has been. I am not sure if this engine is the original engine but it runs strong as hell and sounds mean as hell with the dual exhaust. All the chromes are present and in pretty good shape. Same goes for the rear brake lenses, radio antenna and corvette emblem in back. The interior is ok, the driver’s side seat has a small stitching tear but all in all decent. The rug is a bit faded. The rear trunk compartment doors open and close just fine. Seats go back and forth just fine. Door locks look from the inside and outside. All the gauges are present and the steering wheel horn cap is present. All the interior body parts appear to be present. Including interior panels for T-Tops. The stick shift knob and shifter are complete and shift properly into gears. Clutch also works as it should. The dashboard will need some TLC. It was ripped off and was torn from the screws. I have both pieces that were yanked off maybe some one that has some special interior skills can repair it or maybe not. I don’t know since I am not an interior expert. But it will need attention. The car runs and drives as it is but I currently have it running with a bypassed switch directly to the battery with a cable manually connected from the coil to the battery. Please read this next part very carefully, this car will need a new wiring harness. The old wiring harness burned out due to a short somewhere. If you are not handy or you are not willing to put the time and money then this car is not for you. Since the wiring harness needs to be replaced none of the gauges, lights etc are currently working. There is also some damage as can be seen from the pics under the dash from the old wiring harness electrical issue. This next part is also very important, once the car has had the necessary repairs such as the wiring harness you will need to get it inspected by your local DMV to get the car titled under your name since the car currently has a salvage certificate. Then you can drive the car and register it just as you would any other. I will include all of the necessary documentation. Again, this is a project that will take TLC and time. If you are not willing to invest either one then this car is not for you. Here is an opportunity to have a $25,000 beauty at a fraction of the cost…It hurts to let her go but sometimes stuff happens. If you want more info, pics you can reach me at 305-582-5610 Joe…The car is located in Florida zip code 33150
