He hasn’t seen this. yet. Body: Restored in approximately 2001. Is in great overall condition. The paint is Hemi Orange with a metallic pearl clearcoat. Paint is in great condition but does have some minor imperfections in areas. Does have the usual small rust spots. but no major rust damage or holes. Floor pans. engine bay. and trunk are all very clean and solid. Doors. hood. and trunk lid open and close very solid. Interior: Very good overall condition. Carpet is in excellent shape and clean. Dash and gauges in good condition. speedometer does function. Seats are in great shape. no major rips or tears. Door panels are new and great condition. Headliner is perfect. Engine: Big Block Mopar 440 engine. professionally rebuilt. less than 1. 00 miles driven since rebuild. Block was stripped. cleaned. checked. and bored 0. 030 over. New JE pistons. connecting rods. and Mopar 484-lift cam. Edelbrock aluminum heads. ported and polished. bench flow tested and match-ported to intake. Edelbrock intake. Street Avenger carburetor. Hooker headers provide the roar. Mopar Performance ignition with Accel super stock coil provides the spark. Milodon high capacity oil pump. oil pan. and windage tray keep the oil pumping smooth. Professionally tuned and massaged to purr at the lights. and scream down the road. Transmission: Custom built Cope Racing 727 transmission. New shift kit. rings. and valve body. New 2500rpm high-stall torque converter. deep aluminum pan. and shift kick-down linkage. Professionally balanced drive-shaft. Rear-end: Rebuilt 8 ¾” rear-end with 3. 23 gear ratio. Auburn gears and locking-differential. Axle housing completely stripped. cleaned. and painted. The fine print: The photos in this listing are from March 2015. These cars are becoming more rare and hard to find by the day. This Challenger has an absolute blast to own and drive. it is impossible to go anywhere without garnering attention.
