Ford Mustang 1968 Description
I've proudly owned this beautiful candy apple classic Mustang since 1983, and have taken excellent care of it all the way. I hate to part with it, but my loss is your gain. It's an original Denver car, so absolutely no rust. Has the rare color options combination of Candy Apple Red paint with a White Vinyl roof, and Deluxe Parchment interior with the ultra-rare console.Yes, that is the original vinyl roof in excellent shape in the pictures! All numbers matching. Equipped with its original 289 V8 and C-4 automatic transmission; which starts every time, and runs great! Superbly optioned for 1968 with Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Brakes, rare adjustable Driver-side Mirror, rare Parchment Deluxe Interior and Console (all in excellent shape). I recently added a modern (but vintage appearance) stereo by Custom Auto Sound, which includes iPod/iPhone and USB integration.
I've also added rare real GT wheels (attractive and very valuable by themselves) and a GT gas cap; so, a prettier "GT" look. In addition to being an outstanding looker, the car runs terrific; starts up every time, runs strong, and shifts smoothly. While the car is not perfect, not restored; it's about as perfect an original, well-cared-for car you'll ever find. A real find, a keeper for the right person who loves these beautiful American classics!
