Ford E-Series Van 1989 Description

One of a kind 4x4 conversion van / camper van for sale. If you want a camper that can do anything in Colorado but you don't want to drop $45,000 on a Sportsmobile or a Quigley, this is your van.
Summary:
-'89 Econoline 'super cargo' (extended van, has 11 ft bed area)
-Camper top addition (approximately 5.5 ft from floor to ceiling)
-Approximately 120k miles on it (odometer no longer working but I know it is approximately at that mileage)
-Clean CarFax, no accidents.
-New QUEEN size memory foam mattress (very comfortable)
-Bed frame folds up into a couch (see pics)
-Reclaimed hardwood floors
-Rotating front passenger seat swivels 180 degrees (great for hanging out, camping - see pics)
-3 speed automatic heavy duty transmission
-Solid front axle
-New front shocks, bearings, gussets, etc.
-New custom driveshaft (built by Boulder Off Road)
-Air-adjustable rear suspension (fills to whatever PSI you like)
-New battery
-All lights, blinkers, etc. work great
-Runs awesome - No problem starting in below zero temps
-Exterior is in great shape with little paint chipping or fading (a couple of misc. dents)
-New ski rack
-Good tread on beefy AT tires
I bought this van a year ago and have put a lot of $$ into it, and am selling now as I'm getting married. All work was done professionally by Boulder Offroad and SFF Customs, including a new front axle, new driveshaft, new front shocks, and a bunch of other stuff. In summary this is a badass camper van and everything works great - It is an older car so there is some rattling and other things, but mechanically it is really solid after all the work I have had done and is ready to be enjoyed and reliable.
The interior was done professionally back in the 90's. The previous owner added hardwood floors and I built the folding queen bed, which can be easily removed on demand. The interior is either ready to go now, or if you wanted to customize it more that wouldn't be super difficult either.
What is "wrong" with it:
-E brake is disconnected
-Speedo / odometer are not connected
-Heater does not blow air (defrost works, warm Vent works, just not the heater)
-One of two gas tanks not currently hooked up (not needed - one tank is 20 gallons or so, which takes you far)-Front axle hubs are a little sticky (I can get this fixed first, if you want)
Thanks for reading! Clean title, and some other camping stuff (goal zero generator, etc.) I will potentially throw in for you. If you're interested shoot me an email and I can give you the full download on the phone.
