1973 Ford F 100 SWB Fleetside 360 V8 Automatic w/ A VENCO POWER DUMP BED, ower Steering, ower Brakes and Factory A/C showing 40,972 (unable to confirm mileage) offered by Gas Monkey Garage with . !Ford introduced the F series of truck in 1948 and Americans have been in love with them ever since making them the #1 selling truck in North America (for 24 years the F series was the #1 selling vehicle in the U.S.!) We acquired this very unique and rare VENCO POWER DUMP BED equipped example built at the Michigan Truck plant. (PLEASE NOTE: The hydraulic cylinder that raises the bed is leaking and while it will operate with fluid added, t will leak all the fluid out so the ram needs to be repaired or replaced for proper operation).The original 360 CID V8 2BBL Motor starts right up and powers the Automatic Transmission with a solid ride & firm braking. The exterior has a finish that is showing its age with a few nicks, ings (see all pics).The Power Dump Bed is in good original condition with some nicks and dings as you would expect (please see pics). The door hinges are tight & solid, he floor is solid as are the cab corners. Underside pics reveal very solid frame, loor, ed& suspension components (see all pics). The interior is fairly complete with a cracked dash and a seat cover making for an easy restoration or jump right in and enjoy many more miles behind the wheel of this Classic Iconic American pickup Truck.
