Ford Galaxie 1968 Description

This car was garaged for almost 20 years - 87, 00 original miles. Color is a real light green. It has the original smooth running big block V8 390 with a three speed automatic transmission. Factory air conditioning car. The compressor turns freely and I have purchased a new belt, and R-134 conversion kit - hope to have the air conditioning system up and running by this weekend. Original interior is in excellent shape. With the exception of the American Racing wheels this car is completely stock and looks like it did when it rolled out of the factory. Still has the original paint. Just installed new dual exhaust, front disc / rear drum brake, and gas tank.

If you don't like the wheels I have a set of steel wheels and factory hubcaps (see pictures of the hubcaps in the trunk) that I can install and take $500 off the price of the car. New parts include: Tires, Wheels, Brake Booster, Brakes (Front Disc / Rear Drum), Plug Wires, Dual Exhaust, Fuel Tank, and Shocks.

Motor runs quiet and smooth, brakes work great, nbsp;transmission shifts nice. Good runner!! Great driver!! I would drive it anywhere. May be interested in a trade for 1972 and older cars/trucks.
