Ford F-250 1973 Description

Vehicle Up for auction is a very nice 1973 Ford F-250 XLT Ranger Camper Special with a built 390 V-8 C-6 Automatic Factory AC and Factory Front Power Disc Brakes. Truck only has 104k miles on it.

Exterior: On a scale from 1-10 10 being the best I would rate the trucks exterior a 8. While the older paint is shining quite well it does have some rock chips scratches and thinning in spots from frequent washing and polishing. There is a door ding that is on the passenger side fender by the F-250 Camper Special Emblem. There is also some thinning paint on the passenger side bed just below the body line. Other than that the truck paint shows quite nice.

Interior: Interior on a scale from 1-10 10 being the best I would rate the trucks interior a 9. It just doesn't get much better than this unless you have a completely restored truck. There is one small blem on the passenger side of the bench seat down low about the size of a dime (see pictures). The rear slider window is also missing that latch that locks it shut. Other than this the interior is absolutely beautiful!

Mechanics: Mechanics on a scale from 1-10 10 being the best I would have to rate the trucks mechanics an 8 The truck runs and drives out strong. The 390 V-8 is definitely built and power full not sure how it was built but it definitely is cammed along with an edelbrock 1406 Performer Carburetor and headers. The C-6 transmission is rebuilt and has a shift kit. The AC needs a recharge although it is all there and working. Tires are at least 80% tread life or better.
