Very nicely appointed Model T Touring with Hassler Shock Absorbers, uckstell rear axle, luminum spoke wheels, nd 12-volt conversion! It starts and runs with tremendous ease! A perfect candidate for a driver enthusiast needing an early Ford to compliment their collection! Great piece!

Henry Ford continued to produce America’s affordable Model T at a rapid pace into the 1920’s, veraging over 1 million units each year! The simplicity of the design, long with nine model choices to choose from, ade Ford an easy choice for budget conscience buyers. They consisted of an inline four cylinder 177ci L-head engine producing an estimated 20 horsepower, wo-speed planetary transmission, olid front axle with transverse semi-elliptic leaf spring, ive rear axle with transverse semi-elliptic leaf spring on a 100” wheelbase, nd two-wheel mechanical drum brakes.

We are pleased to present this 1923 Ford Model T Touring finished in professionally applied Gloss Black and new matching black folding top and interior seating upholstery. This example is still utilizing its original, nd fully rebuilt June 1922 date-code engine (serial #6105794) and transmission fully rebuilt with Kevlar bands. Completing the car is a rear mounted spare, inged Ford Motometer, irestone 30×3.5 gum-dipped whitewall tires, hree rocker panel entrance step plates, tewart press horn, ual kerosene cowl lamps, unning board tool box, ood steering wheel, ubber floor mats, nd more!

Our example was located in Nashville in 2015 from the former owner of 9 years. It was professionally restored prior to his ownership and continues to rival fresh restorations today! Separating this example from all others is the addition of Hassler chassis shock absorbers on both front & rear axles improving the ride, nd extending the life of the tires and suspension components, long with 12-spoke aluminum wheels, Ruckstell rear axle to extend the gear ratio improving top speed and travel distance! Further improvements to this example include being fully rewired with a complete 12-volt positive ground & alternator conversion. This provides much stronger starting power, limination of the magneto, righter lights, nd an addition of an under floor battery cut-off for periods of storage. This very attractive Model T starts, uns, drives extremely well, nd true to form is an enjoyable early Ford for both novice and seasoned collectors alike. The chassis is exceptionally clean and attractive underneath. Transmission engagement is smooth with chatter, nd the engine revs and responds perfectly! You will find Ford stamp impressions and casted components throughout including correct Ford headlight lenses. Relatively easy to drive, imple to maintain, nd very robust, here is perhaps no more historically significant car to own. It is sure to inject a bit of fun into any collection!
