Ford F-100 1975 Description
I am selling my 1975 Ford F100 Custom. This is a real Tennessee truck. Tennessee colors from the factory (orange and white), stamped bumper with "Oakley Keesee Memphis, TN" on it. I bought the truck to restore and have put alot of time and money into it. Unfortunately I have to let her go. Here's some of the work I've done:Fuel SystemNew fuel tank (undercoated)New sending unitNew fuel lines (aluminum, so they won't rust)Braided fuel line in engine bay and anodized fittings
Braking SystemNew brake lines (copper nickel alloy, so they won't rust)New brake hosesNew drum brake hardware kit (springs, etc)New rear wheel cylindersNew front brake calipersNew master cylinderNew shocks (front and rear)
EngineEngine is a 302. Machine work was done by Richard at Hy Performance in Brighton, TN. Block was bored 30 over. Crank was turned 10 10. Heads were worked at the same time as the block. Engine has less than 100 miles since rebuild. Running Valvoline VR1 along with additional ZDDP-4 since this is a flat tappet cam motor.I have put new: Oil pump and shaft, pistons, rings, lifters, cam - Crower Baja Beast, timing set, felpro gaskets, water pump, radiator, hoses (gates), harmonic balancer, distributor (had rebuilt), clutch, pressure plate, flywheel (resurfaced), thrust bearing, motor mounts. Previous owner had installed a dual exhaust system. The truck isn't loud, it has a nice low rumble.
I'm sure I am leaving stuff out. Engine was painted the proper color for the year using high temperature ceramic paint. Fender aprons were removed and painted. Inside of firewall was painted. I added a large tachometer and have it attached to the steering column. (This was used for the flat tappet breakin procedure).
Truck runs and drives. Transmission is a 3 on the tree, and goes through the gears. Truck is sold with no warranties, as is. Feel free to ask any questions.
