Ford Model T 1927 Description

This is my 1927 ford roadster. It is a traditional build, its been very reliable, and really fun to bounce around town in. I am offering it up for someone else to enjoy. I hate to see it go, but I have another build lined up and need the space to build something else.
Here are the basics
-real Henry Ford steel body and bed, sandblasted, patched, painted. I have lots of build pictures
-rebuilt 292 yblock, bored .030 over. real 55 Thunderbird motor. it has the correct casting numbers, and the Thunderbird only front crank pulley. Motor is super reliable, fires right up, idles well on cold mornings and summer traffic.
-original ford Thunderbird aluminum valve covers
-vintage edelbrock intake with three holley 94's and a progressive linkage
-carbs are rebuilt, idle circuits on front and back are blocked,
-three speed manual with r10overdrive transmission, also a from the Thunderbird. It has all the overdrive stuff but the pawl was sticking so i have the overdrive locked out at the moment. Nor sure if it is the solenoid..
-vintage dual loc hurst shifter
-Custom lake pipes, built from 1935 inner drive shaft tube, functioning....though i have never opend the pipes, run to Smithy exhaust under the car.
-custom frame
-model a front axle and wishbones
-40 ford spindles and brakes
-1960 thunderbird 9" rear
-36 ford rear radius rods
-has seat heaters
-hydrulic clutch mounted under cowl
-dual master cylinder
-doors function
-there are seat heaters installed but the seat is just foam on a wood and steel form with a mexican blanket over it.
-I made sintra door and kick panels (a pvc material, will never have an issue with water) but i have not upholstered them.
  • There is at least one time lapse of a drive back from a car show on youtube but i cant seem to add the link here. let me know if you are interested in seeing it and i ll figure it out

A few things still need attention but do not keep it from driving:
-the speedometer gauge is tested functions but the transmission gear is not spinning (this is accessible from outside the transmission
-the sending unit in the gas tank could stand to be adjusted
-the sun Tach is needs to be serviced. it is a non sending unit version but something is up with it.
It will be sold with a bill of sale, Georgia does not issue titles for a vehicle this old. It is currently registered and insured by Hagerty.. Car is for sale locally 500 non refundable deposit due
please ask questions before bidding. if you are in the Atlanta area I recommend coming by to check it out
