THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN GREAT FOR OUR LANDSCAPING COMPANY. IT WAS NEVER DRIVEN IN THE WINTER AND HAS A GOOD SOLID FRAME WITH VERY LITTLE RUST. HAS A VERY HIGH POWERED CENTRAL HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR 8-9FT BED THAT RUNS OFF OF TRUCK ENGINE. IT LIFTS FAST AND IS EASY TO CONTROL. THE BRAKES HAVE ALL BEEN DONE IN LAST YEAR. THE BALL JOINTS AS WELL. NEW EXHAUST MANIFOLD WITHIN LAST YEAR. LESS THAN YEAR OLD STARTER. MUFFLER WITHIN 2 YEARS. THE CLUTCH WAS REPLACED IN SPRING OF 2014. HAS A NEW ALTERNATOR IN SPRING OF 2014. ENGINE IS VERY STRONG. THE BED WAS JUST REDONE 2 WINTERS AGO WITH A NEW THICK STEEL LINING AND REPAINTED. HAS A HITCH AS WELL BUT NEVER DID MUCH OF ANY PULLING. THE HITCH WAS USED TO CARRY A LITTLE CARGO RACK TO HOLD LANDSCAPING EQUIPMENT. HAS WIRING FOR FOR TRAILER. PROBABLY ONLY 90% OF THE MATERIAL HAULED WAS MULCH. STEEL SIDE INSERTS ON BED HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO 3 FT HIGH IN ORDER TO HAUL MORE MULCH. STRONG DEPENDABLE TRUCK WITH A 350 ENGINE. STARTS RIGHT UP EVERY TIME. HAS A CLEAR TITLE. CLEAN CARFAX. AND HAS NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. NOT SURE OF ACTUAL MILEAGE BECAUSE ODOMETER HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR LAST 2 YEARS. IT READS 53000 MILES. TRUCK HAS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION. GREAT WORK TRUCK THAT COULD USE A GOOD CLEANING. INTERIOR IS NEEDS VACUUMED AND WIPED DOWN. RADIO DOESNT WORK. SEAT HAS TEAR IN CUSHION. WINDSHEILD HAS LARGE CRACKS BUT STILL DRIVABLE. TRUCK RAN GREAT SINCE I PARKED IT LAST FALL. THE REASON I PARKED IT WAS BECAUSE THE TRANMISSION IS STUCK IN SECOND GEAR. I HATE TO GET RID OF IT BUT MY COMPANY DECIDED TO GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE AND WANTED TO ENHANCE OUR COMPANY IMAGE BY GETTING A LOAN ON A SHINY NEW TRUCK THAT HELPS US SELL MORE WORK. STILL STARTS AND DRIVES WELL IN 2ND GEAR. JUST HAVE TO GO SLOW. I WOULD RECOMMEND GETTING TRANSMISSION LOOKED AT IF YOU PLANNED ON USING AS A DAILY DRIVER. THE TRUCK STILL DRIVES IN SECOND GEAR BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TRYING TO DRIVE IT ANY DISTANCE IN THIS SITUATION. IF YOU WERE TO ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IT ON A FLAT SURFACE FOR ANY DISTANCE YOU WOULD BE FINE. HOWEVER IF YOU CAME TO A LIGHT OR STOP SIGN THAT WAS ON A HILL. YOU WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING IT TO GET GOING BECAUSE OF THE GRAVITY AND STARTING IN 2ND GEAR. I HOPE THIS CLARIFIES.
