This 1990 Jeep Wrangler YJ is in good condition and nearly Rust Free(small bubbles on the passenger floor). The Jeep starts right up every time and purrs. This Wrangler would make a great summer cruiser, eekend warrior, anch hand or a plow Jeep.
Engine:This Jeep has a 6cylinder 258 4.2L motor. It starts up easily, dles, uns great and I believe it has been rebuilt. The Jeep is missing a muffler and tailpipe, have the an unused tailpipe that I am including in the auction.
Transmission:The transmission is a 5spd Manual and was told the clutch was replaced 2 years ago.
The syncros need attention - 1st/2nd/reverse gears work excellent, rd can be hard to get into but if you go to 5th first then back to 3rd its easier, th is a very hard to get into. I originally bought this to be a plow truck at my house in which 1/2 and reverse would be all I need but I have decided to put a blade on my UTV instead.
Interior:Factory cloth tan front driver seat, ear seat are in great condition. The passenger seat is an aftermarket vinyl Spice seat in great condition. There is an aftermarket CD player and speakers behind the rear seat, ounds good. The steering wheel leather cover is missing and there is an 8 ball steering ball on it, akes parking a synch. All interior gauges, eater, ignals, ipers, eadlights all work.
Drive train, teering/Suspension:The Jeep has a 2" Black Diamond suspension lift and a stock drive train. The power steering is great, he jeep rides smooth and the suspension is forgiving and soft. The brakes work great and stops with ease. The 4x4 has a cable under the dash that operates the actuator needs adjustment because I'm unable to get the Jeep into 4wd currently. I have read about this online and it seems to be a familiar issue and the cable adjustment makes it easier to lock in the front end.
Body, aint, ust:The body is in good condition, t appears to have been repainted at one point. The body overall is rust free minus some bubbling on the interior passenger floor. The body itself is straight minus the front passenger fender, lare there is cracking (view photos).
Doors/Hardtop:The doors are both in excellent condition without any rust. The interior panels are clean and the windows roll up and down, ocks and wing windows work. The hardtop is in great condition with excellent factory tinted glass. The rear lift gate shocks hold the window in position.
Tires/Wheels:The (5) tires are 31x10.50x15 with 92% tread (13/32ns (new 14/32nds) . The wheels are chrome modulars in ok condition - some rust.
Title/Bill of Sale:I have a clean Colorado title and bill of sale for the Jeep.
Overall:This 1990 Wrangler Jeep is used and I may have missed something in the listing, lease be sure to ask any questions and settle all questions prior to bidding or winning the auction. It is being sold as is, here is, ithout warranty or guarantees. I am not required for your state emission or safety inspections including Colorado. Most of thevacuumlines were removed when the new carburetorwas installed.
