Jeep CJ 1978 Description

I pulled the original listing for this Jeep today because I was unable make changes to it. The bidding was close to the reserve, hich I have lowered. I had the serial number incorrectly noted. IF,the VIN comes up as unidentifiable, hen it is because the data bank used by e-Bay doesn't have this pre-1980's VIN number. The serial number should read: J8F83EH119326. The included photos show the VIN on the firewall plate and dash sticker.
I purchased this nearly refurbished Jeep with the intent on finishing the refurbishment and putting a plow on it for the winter. This didn't happen. I already bought and sold the plow because I bought a new plow for my truck, hus have decided to sell the Jeep as well.
The retired mechanic I purchased this Jeep from removed the body and painted it andcleanedand coated the frame. He also rebuilt the lower end with new crankshaft, ain and rod bearings. There are only a few miles (3-4) on the lower end.
Other New Parts:Oil pump, ater pump, uel pump, iming chain, lutch, ressure plate, -joint, heel bearings, ody mounts, eaf spring bushings, ear wheel brake cylinders, ront brake calipers, rake lines, ll light lenses and suspension hardwareNeeds a new windshield frame or the existing one needs to have built-up weldsground down to finish refurbishing.As noted above, here are no seat belts and it needs a roof and windshield.
I did not receivea title when I purchased the vehicle, o depending on your state, ow you register it will vary. I have a Bill-of-Sale.
