Dallas Motorsports is pleased to present this 1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport Convertible that has graced our Wylie, exas showroom with just over 70K original miles !!
The LeMans trim package is sometimes referred to as the more luxurious of the Pontiac line up that included the iconic GTO.
This particular LeMans has a pedigree and history that car collectors dream of; finding that "one" that has remained unmolested since new, taying in the same family, nd oh yeah......has ALL service records since new !!! Yep, hat's this LeMans ; the ever so popular "Grandma Grocery Getter" !
This LeMans was bought new by Bernard and Kathryn P of Illinois at Bert Adams Pontiac and remained there in Illinois until Bernard moved his family to Arizona and eventually to Dallas. Bernard's son David, he current owner, as maintained his father's belief in retaining vehicle documentation for sure. While going through the document file, ou literally feel like slipping back in to the 1970's !! Every receipt down to the very first oil change and even the Thank you letter from the General Sales Manager of Bert Adams Pontiac that was mailed along with the Protect-O-Plate after Bernard took delivery.
One note worth putting down in your mental hmmmm list; Both David ( son of Bernard ) and his sister rode to their weddings receptions in this car some 3 decades ago and THEY ARE BOTH STILL MARRIED to their spouses !!!! The car has some good mojo I would say!
