Pontiac Trans Am 1981 Description

1981 Pontiac Trans Am Y84 This is a True Y84 Special Edition Package- Look at the picture of the cowl tag. The Y84 package is sometimes referred to as the Bandit package. This car is originally from Canada. The car is a 5. 0 Litre (Liter) automatic with T-Tops. power steering. power brakes. power windows. and non-air. Here is a video of the car: https://youtu. be/l4YGRK9E6O0 Asking $17. 00 or best offer. Please contact me with any questions. I would prefer to meet potential buyers in person so that you can inspect the car. I want the buyer to happy with their purchase. We just completed a cosmetic restoration which included: · New paint · New decals from Phoenix Graphics· New carpet· New headliner· New dash cap· New rear tires· New front end bushings· New mufflers· New door sill panels· Tune up (plugs. wires. distributor cap. and rotor button) The items that are not original to the car include the exhaust system (no catalytic converters). stereo and the seats. although the seats are Trans Am and era correct. The only things we found that we did not fix are the turn signal must be held down on left turns and both corners of the dash have places where the paint is delaminated. The car is a nice driver and gets thumbs up whenever we drive it; however. the car is neither a show car nor perfect. If you want to the car to be better. I would recommend replacing the interior plastics (we painted them but they are 34 years old). replace the seat covers (once again 34 years old. a cigarette burn in the back seat. and some discoloration). detail the engine and the underneath more. and address all imperfections in clear coat and decals. Once again this is a driver. Please watch the video linked above. The car is originally from Canada and is virtually rust free.
