1964 GTO Sports Coupe. I have owned this GTO for 27 years!! The Sports Coupe was the lightest of the three body styles (even the convertible) and thus very desirable for the drag strips. Combine that with the highly sought after factory TriPower/4 Speed/390 Posi and you have a very rare collector muscle car! The 1964 GTO was the “Original Musclecar” that started the whole musclecar era. This GTO is a PHS (Pontiac Historical Society) documented factory Tripower, Speed, 90 Posi GTO! All numbers matching car to include frame, speed transmission, riginal (yes the original) 389 motor to include all components from block, eads, ripower intake and carburetors, nd the original 390 posi. The engine maintains the factory stock bore but was taken part down to the bare block, leaned and rebuilt to factory specs using OEM replacement parts! The block has never been sleeved and uses the stock size pistons. This is an unmolested car with 89,000 original miles. It has gone through a nut and bolt "frame off" restoration. The car was taken down to the bare shell and all metal was plastic media blasted. All panel on the car are the original panels. This GTO hasnever been wrecked. It was painted the original color of Gulf Stream Aqua code Q. It has the correct black interior code 214. This car is a bare bones car thathas no power robbing accessories as wasvery popular back in the sixties and that high level of desirability continues today! The car has won many prestigious awards at several national car shows and it's been featured in three magazines and one hardback muscle car book.

The car is accurate down to the nuts and bolts. It has the ultra rare factory correct vacuum set up on the tripower. It has the rare correct NOS PF-7 Oil Filter with the nut on the bottom. It has the correct AC/Delco fuel pump. It has all new and correct date coded NOS SAE glass. It has the fender mount remote mirror. The car has all the correct factory markings and paint dabs on the under carriage. All the hoses have the correct stamp markings and period correct clamps. This car is correct in every way as evidenced by the many prestigious awards. A full blown nut and bolt high level restoration would cost you over a $100,000 alone!
